How To Fix Not Enough Disk Space Sky Go Error Message?

When you download the programmes, Sky go Extra stores them on your hard drive. If you see an error message “There is not enough disk space“, it means that you have run out of disk space to store the downloaded programme.
In order to save the data, you need to free up some of the disk space.

If you are using Windows, follow the below mentioned steps to check the free disk space:

STEP 1:

Click on Start at the bottom of the screen and select My Computer/Computer.

STEP 2:

Go to “Properties” of your C:/ drive. Under the “General tab”, the free space will be displayed.

If there is not sufficient space , you will have to free up some of the disk space in order to save the downloaded programmes.

For Mac, you can see the free disk space by following the below mentioned steps:

STEP 1:

On your Desktop, you will see “Hard drive” icon, right click on it and select “Get Info”.

STEP 2:

General information will be displayed after you click on “General info” arrow. The general information will also comprise of the available disk space (in gigabytes) and the total capacity of the disk.

If there is not sufficient space , you will have to free up some of the disk space in order to save the downloaded programmes.
